1.  PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The CMMG Titanium Ticket Sweepstakes (\"Sweepstakes\") begins on November 25, 2022 at 12:01am CST and ends on March 31, 2023 at 11:59pm CST (the \"Promotion Period\").

    The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is CMMG Inc ("Sponsor"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by email at [email protected] during the Promotion Period.


2.  ELIGIBILITY: VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. No purchase necessary, and no payment of money is required as a condition of participation. Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years or older and legally able to possess a firearm; provided, however, that residents of the states with gun laws prohibiting the purchase of said firearm shall be ineligible for participation, and any entries originating from such states or any jurisdictions outside the United States and its territories will not be accepted (the \"Entrant\"). Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (the \"Promotion Entities\"), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

3. PRIZES:

Grand Prize: (1) winner and a guest will receive an expenses paid trip to Boonville, MO to attend the CMMG Impact at the Outpost Event.

    Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
   
    This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within said locations. Any serialized Prize must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) for legal transfer.  All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
   

4. HOW TO ENTER: Enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period online by visiting the entry form, which can be found on the following website at cmmg.com/titanium-ticket and filling out all required fields.

    Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
   

5. WINNER SELECTION: The Winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random selection from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random selection will be conducted within one week after the Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, who are not eligible to win the Sweepstakes, or through the use of a randomizing and anonymous sweepstakes management program or “app,” and whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received. All qualifying entries have an equal chance of winning. The odds of any single qualifying entry winning the Sweepstakes then become one chance out of the total number of qualifying entries. For example, if you submit one of a total of 1,000,000 qualifying entries, your chances of winning are 1/1,000,000.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry approximately one week after the random drawing. Potential Winner must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within two weeks of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.

The Prize winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of publicity/liability (“Affidavit”) within fourteen (14) days of notification. 

If any email is returned as undeliverable, and a potential Prize winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days of the first attempt to contact him/her, fails to return the signed Affidavit within fourteen (14) days, or if the potential Prize winner is deemed ineligible for any other reason in Sponsor’s sole discretion, including failure to comply with these Official Rules, the applicable Prize award to the referenced potential winner shall be forfeited, the Prize winner shall be disqualified, and an alternate Prize winner will be selected as noted below. 

The potential Prize winner shall be subject to eligibility verification. The potential Prize winner will be required to provide verification of their identity and proof of their entry. The winner must then execute a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (“Affidavit”), and to return both documents within thirty (30) days following notification of their eligibility for award. Non-compliance within this time period shall result in forfeiture of the Prize and an alternative Prize winner will be selected. In addition, the potential Prize winner may be required to provide picture proof of identification, which may include a driver’s license, passport, voting card or similar government issued identification, and proof that she/he is the entrant that submitted the applicable winning Entry. The return of a Prize and/or Prize notification as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of the Prize. In no case shall Sponsor be liable in any manner where a potential Prize winner has not received notification sent from Sponsor or where Sponsor fails to receive a response from the potential Prize winner within the required response period. The winning Entry, as well as the associated information of the potential Prize winner, must identically match the records maintained by Sponsor in order for a Prize to be awarded. In the event of a dispute, the information provided by entrant and maintained by Sponsor will govern. Entries will be deemed made by the person under whose e-mail address the Entry was submitted, regardless of who actually submitted the Entry. 

Substitute Winner 

Should a winner fail to respond to notification, or should notification be returned undelivered after three attempts to notify a potential winner, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute or cancel per the following procedure:  

1. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without prior notice and at any time, to cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes, or any portion thereof, should completion of the award prove impossible. Should sponsor attempt to contact a potential Prize winner and be unable to contact the winner or not obtain required documentation, Sponsor will select an alternate potential Prize winner by the same random selection process outlined in Paragraph 5. Should Sponsor attempt to contact three alternate potential Prize winners and again be unable to do so or not receive required documentation, Sponsor may in its own reasonable discretion determine that no Prize can be awarded and terminate the Sweepstakes without award. 

2. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without prior notice and at any time, to cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes, or any portion thereof, should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor, at its discretion, may select winners from the eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to the event requiring such termination, cancellation or suspension. Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees or agents are not responsible for hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or any combination thereof, lost network connections, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by technical or human error which may occur and/or which may damage a user’s system or limit Entrant’s ability to participate and/or redeem Prizes in the Sweepstakes.

7. PRIVACY & CONSENT: By entering this giveaway sweepstakes you consent to receive both online and offline direct marketing from us and our partners. By entering in this giveaway sweepstakes, you will opt-in to receive e-mail or other communications from CMMG Inc. You may subsequently opt-out of the receipt of such email or communications by following the directions in the email or contacting those sites. Your opt-out status will not affect your participation or chances to win in this giveaway sweepstakes. Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted at cmmginc.com/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities, i.e. FFLs, shipping and logistics companies, etc. for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list.


8. HOLD HARMLESS; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Entrants and participants release and agree to hold harmless sponsor, its agents, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from any and all liability for any injuries, damages or losses of any kind (including death), arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in any sweepstakes-related activity or any other activity otherwise related to, or in connection with, this giveaway sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.

    If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in the same random selection process outlined in Paragraph 5. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes.


9. WINNER LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain a copy of the Winner List or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request to [email protected]. Requests for the names of the winners must be received no later than three weeks after the Promotion Period has ended.

FAQ's 

How will I receive my new firearm? 

All firearms must be shipped to your local FFL dealer, whose license must be on file with CMMG before we process the shipment. All firearms prize winners must meet all legal requirements and will be subject to a background check. The winner will be responsible for all taxes and all amounts charged by the designated FFL dealer for receiving the gun and/or processing the transfer thereof to the winner. 


Do I need to purchase anything, or be a previous customer to win? 

• No purchase, donation or history as a previous customer is necessary to win this sweepstake. 

Can I live somewhere outside of the USA and win? 

• No. Only United States citizens currently residing within one of the 50 states (and the District of Columbia) of the United States are eligible to win. 

How are the winners chosen? 

• Winner will be selected using a random generator selector.

How will I be notified if I win? 

• We will notify you via email if you win.
